Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation and review

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. Before production begins, we will assess whether cancellation is possible and the appropriate refund. Once materials, machine time, or custom production have been committed, a change-of-mind cancellation or return is generally not available.

Payment is subject to our post-payment feasibility and legal review. If we cannot print an order or determine it is prohibited, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. If a reprice is required, we will seek approval by email; if there is no response within 7 days, we may cancel and refund the order.

2. Manufacturing and delivery issues

Please report a suspected manufacturing deviation, shipping problem, incorrect material, or incorrect color promptly and include your order number, photographs where useful, and a description. We assess each matter case by case and may offer a reprint, repair, full or partial refund, or another appropriate remedy. Inherent process variations and issues caused by a customer's design, instructions, or intended use may not qualify.

3. Shipping and pickup

For shipped orders, promptly report carrier, address, or loss concerns. We will reasonably assist and determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances. See our Terms of Service for shipping and pickup details.
